PoshmarkAPI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Poshmark, Inc. Your use of this service is also subject to Poshmark's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
1. Who we are
PoshmarkAPI provides a paid HTTP interface that lets a Poshmark seller retrieve their own sales data. By creating an API key you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and the rightful owner of the Poshmark account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your API key secret; requests made with your key are billed to your balance. Notify us immediately if a key is exposed and we will revoke it.

New accounts receive $10 of promotional credit. Successful API calls are metered at $0.01 each against your balance; requests that fail due to our error are not billed. Promotional credit has no cash value and is not refundable. Purchased credit is refundable at our discretion within 30 days if unused.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual SLA at this tier. Because we depend on Poshmark's own site remaining reachable, syncs may be delayed or interrupted by changes outside our control.

Your sales data remains yours. We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Security page.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless legally prevented from doing so.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Data returned by the API is intended for your own reporting and should be reconciled against your Poshmark account before being relied on for tax filings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
